GLAM-SHACK.COM wants you to be in love with your purchase! But if for any reason there is an issue with it, we have flexible return options available to make sure your shopping experience with us is glam-azing!
Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your item/s. All returns will be automatically processed for an e voucher. If an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using the store credit via our site. You will receive an email with the e voucher once your return is processed - if you would like us to reserve you an item, whilst you are waiting for your credit, please email. Glam Shack will cover future standard delivery postage costs on exchanged items.
Returns must be sent back WITHIN 4 DAYS of the customer receiving the item. If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception in accepting it; however, we will deduct our standard delivery cost from the store credit issued to cover postage costs.
We DO NOT accept returns on sale items.
We DO NOT accept refunds on any clothing/shoes/undergarments/accessories.
ALL REFUNDS ARE CREDITED BACK IN A FORM OF CREDIT VOUCHER TO ONLY BE USED ON
You will receive a store credit to the amount you paid for the item (not including postage). For sale items, £5 will be deducted from your credit to cover the cost of postage on your next purchase (as we sometimes offer free shipping on the purchase of a sale item, not subsequent purchases of credit from a returned item).
NOTE: For hygenic reasons; cosmetics, hosiery, swimwear and jewellery cannot be returned.
PLEASE TAKE CARE:
Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:
- No stains
- Tags still attached
- In its correct bag
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
TO RETURN YOUR PARCEL:
Unfortuantely GLAM-SHACK.COM does not cover the shipping cost of returns. However, if you are returning an item due to an error that we've made, then please contact us for alternative solutions.
We recommend that you use COLLECT PLUS as a traceable method for all returns.
Please note: You may not come in person to return an item as our warehouse is not open to the public.

CollectPlus is a convenient way to return parcels via local shops, petrol stations, universities and shopping centres, and it is a service trusted by thousands of busy people every day. There are over 5,800 CollectPlus stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week.
Simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk to find your local CollectPlus store and to purchase your returns label for £4.49.
Enter your order number and your email address, then simply buy, print and attach the label to your parcel, ensuring any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered.
Drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself, at www.collectplus.co.uk
Please note, you must purchase and stick your returns label to your parcel before taking your parcel into a CollectPlus store, as they will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a CollectPlus returns label.
You can return parcels with cabin baggage dimensions 60 x 50 x50cm and up to 10 kg using CollectPlus.

Alternatively, you can text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (e.g. COLLECT WD17 1HP). Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Full terms and conditions can be viewed on their website.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU:
(1) Use a traceable delivery method for all returns - preferably return with delivery courier, by printing a return label from their website: www.royalmail.com
(2) Alternativly you may use COLLECT PLUS
(3) Insure your delivery for safe return to GLAM-SHACK.COM so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
(4) We do not accept cash on returns.
Although we have made every effort to display was accurately as possible the colours of our garments, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Due to the popularity of our range, we have an extremely fast turnover of stock so we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or colour in stock to fulfill an exchange request. Therefore, if an exchange is desired, we will automatically issue store credit upon processing your return which can then be used to order a different colour or size of your original garment if available, or another item.
NOTE OF CREDIT:
A note of credit is a certain amount that is sent via an email. The credit does not have an expiry period. Internal credit is not to be used in conjunction with discount or promo codes.
RETURNING A FULL PRICE ITEM:
We offer returns on full-priced items that are returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of the customer receiving the item. This means that you will receive an e voucher for the full value of the item.
Eg: Sophie buys a £40 full price dress, but it is too small. She sends it back within 7 days. GLAM-SHACK.COM will issue Poppy with a £40 e voucher to spend online on the same dress, or anything else that catches her eye.
If you have already returned an item once, you must pay for the shipping our end of the subsequent exchanged item. In order to account for this, your account will be credited the value of the item, minus £3.99 for the postage cost (allowing you to make up the cost of shipping with your next purchase).
Eg: Poppy buys a £40 top, but it is too small. She sends it back to us within 7 days and places an order for a larger size. She receives the larger size, free of charge, but it is too big. She sends it back within 7 days.
We credit her account £35 (£40 minus £5 postage).
Poppy places a new order for any other item and pays the difference on our site.
For international returns, your items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the item. Because of longer shipping times internationally, we do not include shipping time in this 7 day period, so you will have ample time to return your item. (I.e. you have 7 days from when you receive the product to when you send it back).
You will be given store credit for the amount that you paid for your garments, excluding the shipping cost. You can then order your replacement items with your e voucher.
Please note that international returns that are not received in their original condition as per the first section of this returns policy will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached.

For refunds on faulty or incorrectly sent products, we refund you using the method you used to pay. For refunds that exceed your payment amount (e.g. to reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us).
